Tamp Print-and-Apply Labeller – print and apply labelling machine
Overview

Print and Apply Labelling Machine

The Tamp Print-and-Apply Labeller (PA-110) is a print and apply labelling machine for cartons and shipper cases.

The PA-110 prints each label on demand and applies it with a stroke-sensing tamp pad. It handles top, side or front application and adapts to varying case heights.

How it works

A thermal print engine images each label by direct thermal or thermal transfer. In a print-and-apply system the liner is stripped at a peel edge and the label is held on a vacuum pad, then tamped, blown or wiped onto the pack. Servo applicators measure the approach so varying case heights are labelled without crushing.
