Conveyors & Line Automation
Modular conveyors, accumulation tables, PCB handling and cobot cells that link machines into a line.
Also called belt conveyors, roller conveyors, PCB handling systems and cobot cells.

What these machines do
Machines only perform as well as the handling between them. Conveyors and handling modules set the pitch, speed and orientation each station needs, and buffer short stops so the line keeps running.
Belt and modular-chain conveyors carry primary packs; powered rollers move cases and totes with zero-pressure accumulation. Turntables feed and collect containers. For electronics, magazine loaders and edge-belt conveyors present PCBs to an inline laser marker. Collaborative robots tend marking stations and pack-off points alongside operators.
Typical options
- Variable-speed drives
- Side-transfer and merge units
- Stainless washdown construction
- PLC line control with HMI

Conveyors & Line Automation

Modular Belt Conveyor
Standard conveyor for coding stations and line links.

Powered Roller Conveyor
Zero-pressure accumulation for cases and totes.

Rotary Accumulation Table
Feeds or collects bottles and jars at either end of the line.

PCB Handling & Inline Laser Marking Cell
Loader, conveyor and laser that mark every board in the SMT line.

Cobot Machine-Tending Cell
Collaborative robot that loads and unloads marking stations.

Process sequence
Receive
Product enters from the upstream machine or an operator.
Space
Speed changes or gates create the gap each station needs.
Present
Guides, stops or fixtures hold the product for coding or handling.
Buffer
Accumulation absorbs short stoppages.
Transfer
Product is handed to the next machine at matched speed.
