Strapping & Pallet Wrapping Machines
Table and arch strappers plus turntable and rotary-arm stretch wrappers to secure loads for transit.
Also called box strapping machines, banding machines and stretch wrappers.

What these machines do
Loads that shift in transit cause damage claims. Strapping machines tension and weld PP or PET strap around cases and bundles; stretch wrappers unitise the whole pallet with pre-stretched film.
A strapping head feeds strap around the pack through an arch or by hand, tensions it, welds the ends by heat or friction and cuts. Stretch wrappers rotate the load on a turntable — or rotate an arm around a stationary load — while a powered carriage pre-stretches the film by 200–300% and travels up and down the mast to apply the programmed number of wraps.
Typical options
- Powered roller table
- Top-sheet dispenser
