Front & Back Labelling Machine
Two labels in one pass on flat, oval and square bottles.

Built around your product
Two opposed labelling heads apply front and back labels together. Aligning chains and a top hold-down belt keep shaped containers square through the labelling zone.
A servo or stepper drive pulls the label web past a peel plate so each label releases as the product arrives. Spacing belts, a wrap station or top hold-down keeps the container steady while the label is wiped on. A gap sensor registers each label; a product sensor times the dispense. Coders such as TTO, TIJ or laser can be mounted to print variable data on the label first.
Key features
- Aligning chains centre every container
- Top hold-down belt for stability
- Optional wrap station for round bottles
- Missing-label detection

The web advances one label over the peel plate at product speed.
Wrap
A belt, brush or roller presses the label around the container.
